Assistance will be given to put on skates and must be double checked with parents before the session begins.

All parents are encouraged to stay in large group sessions. Or at least the members of the organisation that has booked the session.

 Where it is a session for small groups, regular skills and challenge sessions parents may leave.

 All children must come with elbow or knee pads. These may be borrowed from Andrew if asked for in advance.

All children are encouraged to have their own skates and pads to make sure they are he appropriate fit for the individual. These are able to be borrowed but please contact us in advance of the session as we only bring what is requested.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RISK

Skating is a great sport and children will be taught how to safely land and move. However, it is an activity that can lead to injury if safety procedures are not followed. All participants are required adhere to the rules of the session given by the staff. As the sessions take part in various locations this includes staff from the venues also. Staff cannot be held responsible for any participant acting outside of these rules laid down for their safety and wellbeing.

The minimum age for large group sessions is may be 3 years old – for these sessions we require the parents to stay for the wellbeing and practical reasons such as toileting etc.

All child participants must dress appropriately for the activity which includes the removal of all jewelry, long hair to be tied back. If inappropriate clothes are worn you will be asked to leave the activity they need to be fit to skate in and complete all the activities.

Parents/Guardians are welcome to take photos of their friends and family at these sessions. I advise making sure only your own children are in the shot. Some venues may vary of which you will be informed. I cannot be held responsible for photos taken and used by members if the public.

Any Physical activity carries an inherent risk of bumps, bruises and minor injury. By participating or allowing the children in your care to take part you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Food and Drink This will vary depending on the venues. However, water is encouraged through the session but unless a medical need for food no snacks will be permitted.

Customer property Beyond Skate will NOT accept any responsibility for loss, theft or damage to any valuables or any personal possessions at the venues.

Antisocial behaviour

Beyond skate will not accept any antisocial behaviour in the venue or anywhere where the sessions are taking place.

If any child or Parent/Guardian are abusive to any other participant or member of staff they will be asked to leave the session immediately without a refund.

If damage is caused due to this behaviour to the venue or equipment that is borrowed or hired you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

 Booking, Cancellation and Refunds policy

Bookings must be made by those aged 18+. When booking you will be sent a email to agree to the terms of the booking. This must be returned before the child can participate in the activity. Full payment is required in order to book your session. We will issue a refund or transfer you to another session if cancellations are made up until 48 hours before your booked slot. Refunds will NOT be given to any booking made within the 48-hour period prior to your booked session. No refunds will be given if you are within the 48 hours before the session.
